These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between YLE Member Services, LLC and each user of this Site (including you), and cannot be modified without the advance written consent of YLE Member Services, LLC. In the event you are a member of Legacyit™, these Terms of Use will be supplemented or replaced by the Membership Agreement to which you will agree as a condition of such membership, and the Membership Agreement will specify the extent to which these Terms shall remain applicable to and binding upon You. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
